Users can access a variety of travel and tourism information. By using this portal, the user expressly agrees to fully and unreservedly accept each and every one of the General Conditions published by Valpoviña Turismo Limitada at the time the user accesses this portal. Therefore, the user must carefully read the General Conditions each time they intend to use the Portal, as they may have changed since the last time they accessed it. The user declares that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to purchase the services offered through the Valpoviña Turismo Limitada website.

Hiring of Services

Valpoviña Turismo Limitada offers and, where applicable, supplies the content, products, and services to users visiting the Website in its own name and on its own behalf, with the exception of: the contracting, technical organization, and formalization of reservations for any flights, car rentals, hotel reservations, etc., which are carried out by the providers of these services. Users should be aware that the contracting of the aforementioned services is governed by specific contractual conditions, in accordance with the applicable legislation in each case, which are agreed upon by users with the provider of the services and the Travel Agency. Under no circumstances does Valpoviña Turismo Limitada assume any obligation, guarantee, or liability towards users for the provision of these services.

PROGRAM CONDITIONS

Rates

The rates indicated in the "from" section are per person based on double occupancy, unless otherwise indicated. Programs in US dollars can be paid in Chilean pesos, using the exchange rate in effect on the date of purchase. Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in the value of the dollar in the destination countries; therefore, these rates must be reconfirmed at the time of booking.

All transfer services are scheduled unless otherwise stated. Rates do not apply to peak travel dates, long weekends in Mexico and abroad, conventions, and special events, unless specified in the program.

Reservations and payments

Reservations must be made in advance due to limited seating for some programs, to avoid availability issues. Payments must be made simultaneously once the reservation is confirmed.

Cancellations and returns

All published programs allow cancellations and changes, subject to penalties from the end service provider and/or administrative fees for such cancellation or modification of services.

The deadline for processing a refund is 30 business days before the start of the trip. A 10% administrative fee will be charged for the total amount of the program contracted, which is separate from the final service provider's expenses. Any refund request must be submitted in writing, enclosing all supporting documentation for the unused services within 60 days of the trip. If the client does not intend to take the trip, they must submit the corresponding documentation as soon as possible and at least two weeks before the start of the trip.

Passports and visas

It is the passenger's sole responsibility to obtain and maintain a valid passport, visa, and any other necessary travel documentation.

Validity

The validity is established in each program.
